Walkthrough
We walk the site with you, look at finishes, access and debris, and ask what the inspector or owner will check.
Scope and schedule
You get a written scope and a date that fits your build schedule or business hours. No surprises on the day.
Clean and sign-off
We do the work ourselves, walk it with you at the end and fix anything on the spot.

Questions we get
Do you give prices over the phone?
We give a final quote after a quick walkthrough, because square footage alone does not tell us how much drywall dust, paint, adhesive or debris is on site. Send the details through the quote form and we respond within one business day.
Which construction phases do you clean?
All of them: rough clean during active construction, progress cleans between trades, the final inspector-ready turnover clean, and punch-list touch-ups after the last trades leave.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Next Level Cleaning LLC is licensed (LC-014390646), insured and bonded. We can send a certificate of insurance for your file.
Can you clean around our business hours?
Yes. Commercial cleans can run during the day, in the evening, overnight or on weekends, so your staff and customers are not working around us.
Do you remove stickers, paint and adhesive from new windows?
Yes. We remove manufacturer stickers, adhesive, paint and construction film without scratching the glass, then leave it streak-free. Tracks, sills and frames are available as an add-on.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Festus and cover St. Louis City and County, Jefferson County, St. Charles County and the Metro East. For the right project we travel anywhere in Missouri.
